On December 9, 2025, the Oceanside Unified School District Board of Trustees unanimously approved the renewal of Coastal Academy’s charter for a five-year term.

This renewal secures Coastal Academy’s ability to continue delivering personalized, innovative, and high-achieving TK–12 education to Oceanside families through June 2031.
