Classical Academy Vista students celebrated Mexican culture and tradition during their first Ballet Folklórico performances in October, marking the culmination of a six-week program made possible through a partnership with Tierra Caliente Academy of Arts. Led by professional instructor Genoveva Gomez, students in grades K–8 learned traditional Mexican dances while exploring the music, movement, and cultural heritage behind them. The program concluded with a performance at the Día de Los Muertos celebration, showcasing the students' hard work and enthusiasm. The program reflects Classical Academy Vista's commitment to enriching student experiences through meaningful community partnerships and opportunities to explore the arts and cultural traditions.
